    At The Maiseach Collective, we carefully inspect all items before listing them to ensure quality, particularly for well-known brand-name clothing. Preloved clothing may have the occasional mark, which we always disclose and provide photos of.

    We do not accept returns for change of mind or fit. Returns are only accepted for items with an undisclosed fault. This applies to all products, including handmade and other items.

    If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us to discuss before initiating a return.

    We’re excited to offer local pickup as an option for our customers!

    Since The Maiseach Collective operates from our family home, we don’t have a set storefront or standard pickup location. Instead, we’ll work with you to arrange a convenient meeting spot in Kadina, SA.If you’d like to use local pickup, please contact us before completing your order. We’ll provide you with a special code to remove shipping costs and finalise the details for collection.
