Do you inspect items before selling them?
Absolutely! Every item is thoroughly inspected to ensure quality. For preloved clothing, any marks or imperfections are always disclosed with photos.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted for items with an undisclosed fault. We do not accept returns for change of mind or fit. Please contact us first to discuss if you believe an item is faulty.

Can I arrange local pickup instead of delivery?
Yes! Contact us before checkout, and we’ll provide a code to waive shipping costs. We’ll then arrange a convenient meeting spot in Kadina, SA.
